We provide similar sincere attention to all the walk-ins and referrals. They welcome both walk-ins and referral cases. For referrals, it will help if the pet's primary care veterinarian can phone in, fax or mail a request to their clinic. This we could be prepared before the pet’s arrival. Information from the referring veterinarian regarding the pet's medical history, previous treatments, lab work and x-rays may also be beneficial in the diagnosis and management of the pet's condition.
